As part of the registration process, we will require proof of identity in the form of your/ your child/ ward’s Identification Card/ Passport. We will also require 1 recent passport sized photo of the registering student. All information obtained will be kept strictly private and confidential an will not be used outside of the academy.
Admission Policy
Upon admission into Indian Institution of Taekwondo and Selfdefense, our system will automatically keep track of attendance, progress as well as payment history throughout your journey with us. However, this information will be deleted once the system records 6 consecutive months of inactivity. Because of this, our admin staff will have to re-enter your information and details should you wish to come back after taking a break and for that reason, the registration fee will be come applicable again after 6 months of inactivity.
Attendance & Grading Policy
Students are to attend their lesson based on the package purchased – One a week, twice a week or thrice a week. Refer to Make-up / Replacement Policy for missed lesson.
Required number of lessons are to be attended before quarterly Grading in Jan/Feb, Apr/May, Jul/Aug & Oct/Nov. Some students may be recommended to attend extra group lessons or private lessons.
– Min. 10 regular group classes to be eligible for Grading.
– Min. 20 group classes (10 regular classes/ 10 Sparring classes) for Green Belts to be eligible for Grading.
– Min. 20 regular group classes for Red Belts & Blackstripe Belt to be eligible for Grading to take part in the Grading test.
Payment of Fees & Member Discounts
To enjoy our member discounts, all fees should be paid on the last lesson of the active term. Member discounts will not be given to payments made after the last lesson of active term.
